Bellator lightweight Patricky Freire will be out for a while but hopefully not for too long. Late Monday night, Freire (21-8 MMA, 14-7 BMMA) announced on Instagram that he’d just gotten out of surgery to repair a ruptured tendon in his right wrist. “Pitbull” said the injury occurred in the first round of his last fight in February, a split-decision win over Ryan Scope at Bellator Europe 1
