WILMINGTON, Del. – The 13 months between Josh Emmett ’s knockout loss to Jeremy Stephens and Saturday’s UFC on ESPN 2 matchup with Michael Johnson were the worst of his athletic career. Somehow, though, Emmett (13-2 MMA, 4-2 UFC) managed to stay confident his health scares would subside and he would come out the other end of it with the ability to continue fighting. Saturday, he returns to the octagon for a featherweight showdown with Johnson (19-13 MMA, 11-9 UFC).
