LAS VEGAS – MMAjunkie was on scene and reporting live from today’s early and official UFC 235 fighter weigh-ins, where all fighters hit their marks for Saturday’s card. In the main event, light heavyweight champion Jon Jones (23-1 MMA, 17-1 UFC) puts his title on the line against heavy underdog challenger Anthony Smith (31-13 MMA, 7-3 UFC). Jones was 205 pounds on the nose; Smith came in a half-pound under the limit at 204.5 In the co-feature, welterweight champion Tyron Woodley (19-3-1 MMA, 9-2-1 UFC) defends his title against Kamaru Usman (14-1 MMA, 9-0 UFC), who is unbeaten in the UFC. Woodley was 170, while Usman came in a pound under at 169. The early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Las Vegas and precede the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans , which take place at 7 p.m.
