Bellator continues to bring elite-level wrestlers under its wing with another new signing. Chris Gonzalez (0-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA), a 27-year-old Chicago-area native who trained at the Olympic Training Center, has signed with the promotion, a Bellator official told MMAjunkie. Gonzalez trains at Team Alpha Male in Sacramento, Calif., and is the first fighter from that esteemed gym to ink a long-term deal with Bellator. Gonzalez will fight at lightweight in MMA and the promotion is targeting his debut for the first quarter of 2019
