According to former titleholder Pettis (21-7 MMA, 8-6 UFC), who meets Tony Ferguson (23-3 MMA, 13-1 UFC) in the co-main event, Nurmagomedov is the best fighter in the division. However, that doesn’t mean he thinks “The Eagle” will defend. “Khabib (is the best lightweight),” Pettis said at a UFC 229 media event today at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas
