Nick Diaz ’s domestic violence case is over. The Clark County (Nev.) District Attorney’s office on Thursday declined to move forward on multiple charges against the UFC fighter, prompting a judge to dismiss the case with prejudice, meaning the charges can’t be re-filed at a later date. Diaz, 35, was arrested in May and initially charged felony domestic battery by strangulation and misdemeanor domestic battery after a woman called police, alleging he’d become violent during an argument and left her with multiple injuries.
