Former Bellator champ and UFC veteran Zach Makovsky won’t see competitive action for the next several months after suffering a torn ACL. Makovsky (20-9) did not reveal how his injury occurred, but the flyweight did share to his social media followers that he’s likely to be out of action for the first half of the year while he rehabilitates (via Instagram ): Sidelined…They say winter is a season of recovery and preparation, and this is my likely viewpoint for the first half of 2018. Unfortunately, I’ve suffered the first serious injury of my career, a torn acl. I plan on doing whatever I can to make a full recovery and have a stellar last couple years of competition
