It took a few days, but Jones (22-1 MMA, 16-1 UFC) fired back, and he fired back hard. Late Wednesday night, Jones, who is set to challenge Daniel Cormier (19-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) in the UFC 214 headliner on July 29, posted a series of messages directed at Gustafsson (18-4 MMA, 10-4 UFC), who called Jones a “bad person” and said he was hoping for a Cormier victory when the pair meet later this summer.
