Shevchenko (14-2 MMA, 3-1 UFC) picked up an emphatic victory over Pena (8-3 MMA, 4-1 UFC) in what was promoted as a No. 1 contender fight to Nunes’ (14-4 MMA, 7-1 UFC) belt.
