Filed under: Featured , News , UFC Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones has reached a settlement with the Nevada State Athletic Commission and will be suspended for one year – the same length of time ordered by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency – for a UFC 200 drug test failure. MMAFighting.com  first reported the agreement, and MMAjunkie subsequently confirmed it with a person with knowledge of the agreement who is not authorized to publicly discuss the deal and spoke on the condition of anonymity. In November a three-member arbitration panel upheld a standard one-year suspension issued to Jones by USADA, the UFC’s official anti-doping partner.
