The middleweight title bout was the main event of UFC 204 at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. It aired pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass. Bisping was dropped by the blow and ate several massive punches and elbows before escaping back to his feet. Bisping managed to claw his way back into the fight despite a second knockdown in the second round.
