Nate Diaz ‘s post-UFC 202 vaping was cleared by the Nevada Athletic Commission in early September, but Diaz was still considered in violation of the UFC’s Anti-Doping Policy. Following its investigation, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency saw fit to issue Diaz a public warning for his actions. The vaping incident occurred after Diaz lost to  Conor McGregor  at UFC 202 on Aug.
