But at the same time, none of that really matters to him. The gym is merely the gym, he says – and right now, all that matters is his Saturday rematch against WSOF 145-pound champion Alexandre Almeida – the man who took his title seven months ago in Las Vegas. Palmer (10-2) will try to recapture the belt he lost by unanimous decision when he meets Almeida (18-5) in the WSOF 32 main event, which takes place Saturday at Xfinity Arena in Everett, Wash., north of Seattle.
