Holtzman (9-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) took a unanimous decision from Cody Pfister (12-6-1 MMA, 1-3 UFC) on Wednesday at UFC Fight Night 91. The fight wasn’t particularly close – Holtzman took a pair of 30-27 scores from the judges and was the clear winner in the striking department at Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, S.D. And though the Tennesseean readily admits he’s young in his MMA career, just 10 fights in, he perhaps showed he’s wise beyond his fighting years by acknowledging what he has to work on
