After putting her wrestling credentials to work and ultimately controlling her way to a unanimous-decision win , McMann (9-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC) explained how fighting a former training partner in Eye (11-5 MMA, 1-4 UFC) played a role in both their performances. “It’s not the amount of action that I typically enjoy in a fight,” McMann said. “Even as a wrestler, I like a high pace. I like a lot of things going on. But for this fight, since Jessica and I had already trained several times together, it was more of a chess match.
