Nate Diaz Well, that rematch between Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor we all thought might happen at UFC 200, it still might happen at some point. But we don’t know when just yet. TMZ today reported that a meeting in California between UFC President Dana White and Diaz “ended abruptly when Dana was visibly angry, stood up and beelined it for his SUV.” White declined to go over specifics of his day with Daiz but did admit to MMAjunkie that, “I didn’t have a good day in Stockton.” According to TMZ, White traveled to Stockton to “seal the deal for a rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz,” but that “it all went south and the UFC Prez stormed out of the tavern.” The seemingly disappointing development comes on the heels of what appeared to be progress on at least one side of the deal, as McGregor recently told ESPN that he believed the rematch, initially intended to take place at UFC 200 but later scrapped by UFC officials, was close to becoming a reality
