Lewis Long Cage Warriors is heading to Wales in June, and the first two fights are set for the card. Cage Warriors 76 takes place June 4 at Newport Centre in Newport, Wales, and the entire event streams on UFC Fight Pass. It’s the second event under Cage Warriors’ new ownership and its second since it struck a deal with UFC Fight Pass, the UFC’s ever-expanding digital network. In welterweight action, Lewis Long (12-3), who’s won five straight fights via stoppage, returns to the promotion and his home country for a bout with Andreas Stahl (9-2), a Swedish fighter who opened his career with a 9-0 mark before signing with the UFC, where he suffered losses to Gilbert Burns and Santiago Ponzinibbio. In other action, Welsh prospect Jack Shore (1-0), who recently made a successful pro debut after a lengthy and successful amateur run that included a 2014 bout with Cage Warriors, takes on Eddi Pobivanez (3-1), a Kazakhstan native who turned pro in 2013 and has picked up two of his three wins via submission
