ROTTERDAM, Netherlands – Stefan Struve needed just 16 seconds to put Antonio Silva away, much to the delight of the home crowd. A short right hand caught Silva (19-9-1 MMA, 3-7 UFC) as he charged in to start the fight, and a knee to the heart by Struve (27-8 MMA, 11-6 UFC) put “Bigfoot” down. After a stream of elbows landed on the temple of the non-responsive Silva, referee Leon Roberts stepped in to stop it just 16 seconds into the first round. The heavyweight bout was the co-main event of today’s UFC Fight Night 87 event at Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands. It aired on FOX Sports 1 following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass
