In fact, Johnson’s (9-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) lone defeat in the past five years came when he pushed everything else aside and focused only on preparation. Something he didn’t do for Sunday’s UFC Fight Night 86 bout against Marcin Tybura (13-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC), and something he’s unlikely to do again. “Before (my) first (UFC) fight I was still working like 60 hours a week between two jobs,” Johnson told MMAjunkie. “For my last fight against (Jared) Rosholt I didn’t.
