Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz LAS VEGAS – MMAjunkie was on scene and reporting live from today’s UFC 196 fighter weigh-ins, where all the fighters on the card made weight for Saturday’s event. The event is headlined by the welterweight debut of featherweight champion Conor McGregor (19-2 MMA, 7-0 UFC) against Nate Diaz (18-10 MMA, 13-8 UFC). In the co-main event, women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) meets challenger Miesha Tate (17-5 MMA, 4-2 UFC). Diaz weighed in first in front of a McGregor-heavy audience. He was a pound under at 169. McGregor was two pounds under at 168 and got a massive ovation from a crowd filled with fans of the Irishman, many of whom made the trip to the States from Ireland.
