She also doesn’t think Rousey wants her sympathy. Holm (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC), who finished Rousey (12-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) with a brutal second-round head kick knockout to take the women’s bantamweight title, was stopped in horrifying fashion during her boxing career in what was one of her most important fights. Although “The Preacher’s Daughter” admits to being down after the loss, an understandable reaction, she said she never hit a point so low where a fleeting thought of suicide crossed her mind. Because of that, Holm said she’s unable to fully wrap her head around Rousey’s recent comments. “For me, I got knocked out, I got my eye stitched up, and I went to the press conference that night,” Holm told MMAjunkie at a media luncheon today in Los Angeles
