More specifically, Shamrock (28-16-2 MMA, 0-1 BMMA), who meets fellow UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie (14-2-3 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) in an openweight bout, prepared for the Spike-televised event like he did back in the 1990s during the peak of his career. “I went and trained with Guy Mezger,” Shamrock said during today’s open workouts ahead of the event, which takes place at Houston’s Toyota Center.
