Luis Santos ONE Championship heads back to Indonesia later this month with a main event featuring a recent title challenger who was on the outs with the promotion just three months ago. Luis Santos (61-9-1) will take on Rafael Silva (40-15) in the welterweight main event of “ONE Championship 39: Tribe of Warriors.” The card takes place Feb. 20 at Istora Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia.
