NEWARK, N.J. – In a matchup of highly skilled flyweights, veteran Wilson Reis found a winning formula against Dustin Ortiz by initiating takedowns and winning scrambles on the mat. Reis (20-6 MMA, 4-2 UFC), a former EliteXC bantamweight champion, was a stronger grappler and held dominant positions over three rounds, allowing him to shutout Ortiz (15-5 MMA, 4-3 UFC) on scorecards. The flyweight bout was part of today’s UFC on FOX 18 preliminary card at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J
