Alex Morono LAS VEGAS – The way Alex Morono strained in search of a finish with a third-round armbar against Kyle Noke , you could tell that even he wasn’t sure what the judges would decide if it went the distance. Fortunately for Morono (12-3 MMA, 1-0 UFC), two of the three saw it in his favor, handing him a split-decision victory over Noke (22-8-1 MMA, 6-4 UFC) with scores of 29-28, 27-30, and 29-28. The welterweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC 195 event at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
