Josh Thomson proved to be the better man in the main event at Bellator 147, earning a technical knockout over Pablo Villaseca on Saturday in San Jose, Calif. Thompson rolled through Villaseca on this way to the stoppage in the second round, which came at the 3:59 mark. “I cannot lose in this town,” the San Jose fighter exclaimed during his post-fight interview. Villaseca’s ground game had its moments, but Thomson ultimately worked his way out of trouble when his opponent secured the back.
