You can imagine why: The fight had barely started before Zhikui sustained an injury and the bout was waved off. “I really want to fight again,” Serrano told MMAjunkie backstage at UFC Fight Night 79, which took place at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul for the UFC’s debut in South Korea. “I feel well prepared right now.” Serrano (3-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC), a veteran of “The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America,” was executing a takedown when Zhikui (2-3 MMA, 1-2 UFC) posted his right arm, which contorted as the Chinese fighter rolled to his side. As Serrano rained down punches, referee Greg Kleynjans recognized Zhikui’s injury and stopped the fight just 44 seconds into the first round. While the win extended Serrano’s unbeaten streak to three fights and brought him his second UFC win, the nature of the victory wasn’t exactly what he wanted
