Filed under: Bellator , Featured Videos , News , Videos Wednesday’s unscheduled lightweight scrap in a hallway at the host hotel for Bellator 145 in St. Louis has been a he said/he said situation from jump street. As has become well documented now , the brothers “Pitbull” – Bellator featherweight champion Patricio Freire and Bellator lightweight Patricky Freire – got into a scuffle with lightweight champ Will Brooks . It was bad enough that the police were called , according to Bellator PR officials and promotion President Scott Coker. Video of the fracas exists, according to both sides, but hasn’t yet surfaced. Brooks says he was jumped and merely defended himself.
