Julie Budd Top featherweight contender Julia Budd is set to make her return to the cage on Nov. 20 at “Bellator 146: Kato vs. Manhoef” in Thackerville, Okla. The Canadian standout is expected to face off against Brazilian finisher Roberta Paim Rovel , who brings an undefeated record into her North American debut.
