Filed under: Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos Diego Brandao scored a first round knockout for the second straight time when he stopped Katsunori Kikuno in just 28 seconds at UFC Fight Night 75. Now, riding a two-fight winning streak, Brandao (20-10 MMA, 6-3 UFC) says he wants to get right back in the cage and look to keep his roll going. “I’m hoping in December or in January,” Brandao told MMAjunkie following his victory. “I want to fight one more time, I think, by the end of the year.” Brandao says he was prepared for the fight with Kikuno (23-8-2 MMA, 2-3 UFC) to go far longer than the 28 seconds it took to pound the Japanese veteran out. But his return to Brazil for training after losses to Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor has made all the difference in the mind of the 28-year-old. “After I lost two fights I said, ‘I think I have to go back home and work hard with great guys on the top tier,’” Brandao said.
