Justin Gaethje and Luis Palomino Ten total fighters, including the two-time main event title challenger, were issued medical suspensions following this past Friday’s WSOF 23 event. MMAjunkie today requested and obtained the official disclosed paydays from the Arizona Boxing and MMA Commission. In the main event, WSOF lightweight champ Justin Gaethje retained his title with a knockout of Luis Palomino . The fight was a rematch of their first bout in March, which Gaethje also won. Palomino was given a 45-day suspension for the TKO loss, as well as for a cut above his left eye that needed to be stitched
