That’s exactly what happened at Invicta FC 14. Tonya Evinger (16-5) was set to defend her bantamweight strap for the first time when she meets the unbeaten Pannie Kianzad (8-0). Evinger tipped the scales at 135.2 on her first two attempts while Kianzad hit 136.7. While Evinger eventually was able to hit the 135 pound mark, she still will be fined 20 percent of her purse for her issues. Kianzad will forfeit 25 percent of her purse after failing to make weight
