Brian Grinnell Just a week before the event, there has been a late change to the preliminary card lineup of next week’s WSOF 23 card in Arizona. Kelvin Tiller (7-1) is out of his middleweight fight against unbeaten Vagab Vagabov (15-0). Stepping in for Tiller will be Brian Grinnell (8-6), who will make his promotional debut. A source with knowledge of the change confirmed the new booking to MMAjunkie. WSOF officials have not yet made a formal announcement.
