Filed under: Featured , News , UFC , Videos Floyd Mayweather Floyd Mayweather Jr. tried to fire back at Ronda Rousey during an appearance on ESPN’s SportsCenter following some sharp comments from the UFC women’s bantamweight champion after winning the ESPY for “Fighter of the Year.” “I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once,” Rousey said . “I’d like to see you pretend to not know who I am now.” The comments from Rousey (12-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) stemmed from a comment when Mayweather dismissed a question about Rousey saying, “I don’t even know who he is.” After her post-ESPY win diss, Rousey explained that she took the pointed swipe at Mayweather – who has been convicted of violence against women on multiple occasions and accused several more – because she felt he definitely knew who she was.
