Filed under: News , UFC , Videos RIO DE JANEIRO – In a rematch nearly 10 years in the making, Mauricio Rua got past fellow Brazilian legend Antonio Rogerio Nogueira with a unanimous decision in Saturday’s co-main event. The back-and-forth battle ended the same way as their first meeting, in PRIDE in 2005, with “Shogun” winning on the judges’ scorecards. Rua (23-10 MMA, 7-8 UFC) won the rematch with Nogueira (21-7 MMA, 4-4 UFC) with a trio of 29-28 scores. The fight was part of Saturday’s UFC 190 event at HSBC Arena in Rio de Janerio.
