Leandro Issa has earned two bonuses in three UFC fights and can count himself extremely unfortunate not to have pocketed a third. He’s coming off back t–back submission wins and is looking to establish himself on the organization’s official rankings. His three UFC fights so far have all been against opponents who are relative newcomers to the promotion, but this weekend in Rio de Janeiro, the Brazilian will be taking on a seasoned bantamweight with plenty of Octagon experience. Since signing for the UFC in 2011, Iuri Alcantara has fought ten times. Issa’s upcoming opponent once went the distance with Urijah Faber and “Brodinho” understands why he will be the underdog this weekend.
