On Thursday, UFC executives will climb atop a stage at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas and say some nice things about the newest inductees to the UFC Hall of Fame . Plaques will be presented, hands will be shook, and then everyone from B.J. Penn to Bas Rutten will go home, content in the knowledge that they now have a place among the greats. The exception to this rule is Jeff Blatnick, the former Olympic gold medalist wrestler turned UFC commentator and commissioner who died following complications from heart surgery in 2012, at the age of 55
