The 60-day deadline for the State of New Mexico to move forward with a case against former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones expires on Monday, and he has yet to be indicted. Jones was arrested on April 28 for allegedly causing a hit-and-run accident in Albuquerque, N.M., on April 26.
