The pessimist who wanted to go a step further might add that even the one – a TKO victory over Mauricio Rua more than a year ago – came after Henderson (30-13 MMA, 7-7 UFC) had been thoroughly pummeled by several nearly fight-ending barrages, and also after he’d been briefly allowed to resume using testosterone-replacement therapy, which he first began in 2007. With Henderson’s 45th birthday approaching in August, and TRT exemptions now a thing of the past, this same pessimist might ask, isn’t it time to think about calling it quits
