Eddie Ng knew he was going to facing the toughest test of his career at ONE: Warrior’s Quest . Nothing has changed in that respect but instead of Brazil’s Rafael Nunes, he will now be taking on Costa Rican Ariel Sexton at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on May 22. Sexton is a BJJ black belt under Renzo Gracie and is coming off an extremely impressive submission win at ONE Championship ’s inaugural event in China. Ng has seen a fair few match-ups fall through due to injuries in recent years and is taking the change of opponent firmly in stride. “I wasn’t too fazed by the news of Nunes’ injury because I understand that these things can happen in the sport of MMA.
