Having suffered back-to-back losses for the first time in his career, featherweight Drew “Eternal Fire” Brokenshire has taken a hard look at his game and feels he’s made changes to better himself going forward. In specific, it’s been his grappling that has let him down, and so Brokenshire has worked particularly hard on that aspect of his game in order to get back on the winning track. “I got submitted in both losses, but I feel I was competitive up until that point, so my coach and I have really been focusing on my grappling,” Brokenshire told MMAWeekly.com. “It was something we got away from in recent training because of injuries and stuff in my camps.
