An hour later, UFC President Dana White had to get in between them to make sure tensions didn’t escalate too far after a little bit of contact was made during a face-off. After doing 13 hours of media obligations together on Wednesday, the strawweights had more to do today as part of “Ultimate Media Day” for UFC on FOX 15, which took place at Best Buy Theater in Times Square in New York. Saturday’s event takes place across the river at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Herrig (10-5 MMA, 1-0 UFC) and VanZant (4-1 MMA, 1-0 UFC) open up the main card on FOX following prelims on FOX and UFC Fight Pass.
