Filed under: News , UFC , Videos In the second episode of “UFC 189 World Championship Tour Embedded” in advance of July’s blockbuster featherweight title fight, we go behind the scenes of Jose Aldo and Conor McGregor’s arrival in Las Vegas. The organization announced earlier this month a 12-day, 10-city media tour to promote UFC 189’s PPV headliner between reigning titleholder Jose Aldo (25-1 MMA, 7-0 UFC) and challenger Conor McGregor (17-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC). It takes place July 11 at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena, and ahead of the summer blockbuster, the UFC’s “Embedded” series joins them on the tour. In the second episode, the fighters travel from Rio de Janeiro to Las Vegas for the second event on the tour. Aldo spends some Saturday downtime playing pool and ping pong while watching UFC Fight Night 62, while McGregor orders some dinner at Red Rock and gets in a training session.
