Raquel Pennington looked good on Season 18 of “The Ultimate Fighter.” She looked good in her first two official UFC fights, as well – though one was a split-decision loss to Jessica Andrade. But she looked outstanding when she put away Ashlee Evans-Smith at UFC 181 in December, putting her opponent to sleep with a sick bulldog choke in Las Vegas. This week, Pennington (5-4 MMA, 2-1 UFC) is elevated to co-main event status in a hurry in her UFC career when she meets the heavily hyped and unbeaten former pro boxer Holly Holm (7-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) at UFC 184. But before that, check out the full fight of her submission of Evans-Smith from December
