Filed under: News , UFC Frank Mir Former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir  said he hopes Sunday’s UFC Fight Night 61 headliner against Antonio Silva marks the beginning of one final title run. That might sound like an absurd statement from someone on a four-fight losing skid, but Mir’s always shot for the stars. He said he knows the title isn’t in his immediate future, but if he can get past “Bigfoot,” it’s certainly a step in the right direction. “You have to set up long-term goals and short-term goals, and one of my long-term goals is to win the belt again,” Mir told MMAjunkie. “Right now, short-term goals are more easily focused on.
