The UFC featherweight division found its next No. 1 contender on Sunday when Conor McGregor (17-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) knocked out Dennis Siver (22-10 MMA, 11-7 UFC) in the UFC Fight Night 59 headliner at Boston’s TD Garden. McGregor promised to finish Siver inside the first two minutes, and while he failed to live up to his word, he still got the job done within the distance as he TKO’d the German in round two. As a result of McGregor’s victory, he’ll challenge 145-pound champ Jose Aldo (25-1 MMA, 7-0 UFC).
