Dennis Siver BOSTON – Dennis Siver has apparently found the silver lining to the lack of a spotlight heading into Sunday’s UFC Fight Night 59 headliner: It leaves plenty of time for last-minute preparations. Siver (22-9 MMA, 11-6 UFC) has taken a back seat to the heavily promoted Conor McGregor (16-2 MMA, 4-0 UFC) headlining into their FOX Sports 1-televised main event, which takes place at Boston’s TD Garden. While McGregor has done countless interviews and been the focus of an array of UFC specialty programming related to Sunday’s featherweight main event, Siver today told MMAjunkie that his latest fight week hasn’t been all that different from the 18 previous ones. “I’ve kind of taken a back seat to the buildup to the fight,” Siver said through in interpreter at today’s UFC Fight Night 59 open workouts.
