To say that World Series of Fighting bantamweight Rudy Morales has had an interesting start to his career would be an understatement. After losing his first fight in a bout that was not meant to be a professional one, Morales has rebounded and won three fights in a row, but even then things have been anything but conventional. “I was 0-1 to start off my professional career, and I took a day-and-a-half-notice fight for BAMMA USA that was two weight classes above my weight because they told me if I took the fight that I would be on the next card, so I just wanted to go show what I had, and I ended up knocking the guy out,” Morales told MMAWeekly.com. “From there I got another win, and I thought World Series of Fighting would give me an option to fight for them because they run shows out in Vegas and I have a big following there, and next thing you know I got a call from them.” Much like his career up to that point, Morales’ WSOF debut didn’t go off how it should have
