Mitch Gagnon Unlike some UFC fighters who bemoan bookings in Brazil, bantamweight Mitch Gagnon  is happy to make the long flight from his native Canada to South America. “The chants and the hardcore fans – I can’t wait to be there and be a part of it,” Gagnon told MMAjunkie Radio. Gagnon (12-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) meets ex-bantamweight champion Renan Barao  (32-2 MMA, 7-1 UFC), a fighter who not so long ago was argued to be the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world by UFC President Dana White.
