Though he’s only been fighting professionally for a little over a year, welterweight Tyson Cunningham has already made a name for himself on the Northwest scene. In three bouts, Cunningham has managed to finish all three opponents and not had to go out of the second round in any of his fights. And while Cunningham hasn’t been able to showcase all the areas of his game that he wants to due to the brevity of his fights, there could be worse things. “Cardio is one of my strong points, but people haven’t lasted long enough to test it,” Cunningham told MMAWeekly.com. “There are definitely no easy fights, but I’m definitely not complaining, that’s for sure.” Cunningham (3-0) will look to remain undefeated as he takes on Ben Fodor (4-0) for the Super Fight League American welterweight title on Saturday in Tacoma, Wash. “He’s a legit fighter,” Cunningham said of Fodor.
